REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR 2008-2009

January 9-25, 2008 registration for in-school families and St. Mary Parishioners.

January 28 - New student registration

January 28-29 Kindergarten Registration

ACCEPTANCE:

The following requirements must be met before acceptance is final:

• Application Form for Admittance
• Interview of student and parents by the principal
• Current blue Immunization Card (IMM50)
• Original Birth Certificate with state seal
• Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
• Social Security number
• Letter from Pastor, if coming from outside parish
• Copy of eduational evaluation, if student is requesting special services
• Signed Tuition Agreement
• Payment of registration and all other fees

STUDENTS ENTERING KINDERGARTEN MUST BE 5 YEARS OLD ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 10, 2008.

STUDENTS ENTERING FIRST GRADE MUST BE 6 YEARS OLD ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 10, 2008.

Priority for admission of new families to St. Mary Catholic School is as follows:

1. Students currently enrolled in St. Mary School
2. Siblings of students currently enrolled in St. Mary School
3. St. Mary Parishioners (Includes Kindergarten students)
4. Catholics from parishes that have no schools, or Catholics from parishes with students who have special reasons and written approval of their pastor
5. Non-Catholics

School supply lists, book lists and a uniform list will be updated and posted in the Spring.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES: All school supplies are the responsibility of the student. Supply lists are provided, at right, in pdf form.
