Student Projects

St. Mary's provides numerous outlets for our students' creativity. Science, community service, reading, music, art, computer science and CYO are some of the areas which our students become involved.

St. Mary Catholic School middle school students host the Annual Senior Valentine Luncheon each year. Pictured are just a few of St. Mary’s eighth grade students with senior guests.        

St. Mary Catholic School students host Annual Christmas Pageant each December which opens with music from St. Mary's Childrens' Choir. The second grade class performs the Christmas Pageant with each class singing Christmas Carols celebrating the birth of Christ. All parents and parishioners and visitors of St. Mary Parish are invited to attend this annual event. This year's event will take place on December 18.

St. Mary students participate in CYO sports through The Archdiocese of Mobile. Fall and Spring Sports include cheerleading, football, soccer, basketball, and volleyball. Seventh and eighth grade students are able to participate in sports programs at McGill-Toolen Catholic High School through the Alabama Athletic Association including tennis, golf, swimming, and softball.
