Physical Education

Our Physical Education program emphasizes personal development, team interaction, the importance of fitness and nutrition, and good sportsmanship. All students are required to dress out in the proper PE uniform. School PE uniforms consist of a white St. Mary t-shirt and blue St.Mary shorts. CYO - St. Mary Mustangs Athletic Programs

All extra-curricular athletic programs are under the direction of the Parish CYO program. School students are given the opportunity to participate in any sport offered through this program. Strong parental support is encouraged so that this sports program can be a successful learning experience. Accreditation guidelines do not allow the school to be responsible for extra-curricular sports activities. About Catholic Youth Organization (C.Y.O.)

Rooted in Catholic values and participating in the mission of the Church, the Catholic Youth Organization (C.Y.O.) serves children, teens and families by providing specific programs to children, teens and families in Youth Ministry and athletics.

Through its programs and services, the Catholic Youth Organization helps develop a Catholic Community in which children and teens are recognized as being an integral part of the Church of today and are invited to contribute to the growth of our faith community.
